Scheduled Services are reserved especially for YOU! 24 hour advance notice is required for all cancelations to avoid full service charge. All appointments not canceled 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment is considered confirmed. All changes/cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice to the start time of appointment are subject to full payment of scheduled services. Please note ALL deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE/ NON-TRANSFERABLE and by scheduling services that require deposits, you agree to this policy.
FULL PAYMENT is required for the following conditions.
- Less than 24 hour notification to cancel/reschedule appointment
- Late Arrivals (beyond 15 min grace period from start of appointment)
- NO SHOW/ MISSED APPOINTMENTS
DEPOSITS- All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. Deposit payment amount will be deducted from the final service total.
LATE ARRIVALS- All appointments are designed to allow appropriate time for each service booked. Your late arrival may limit our ability to offer the fullest possible experience. Please note that late arrivals will not be afforded an extension of scheduled time, therefore you will be responsible for full payment of all services.
ARRIVALS- Please only arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment with clean lashes (no mascara, top/bottom eyeliner, eyeshadow or oils in the eye area). Please DO NOT knock or enter the room as you may disturb a scheduled service. Please avoid caffeine prior to your appointmentto avoid eyelid fluttering. SLEEPING AND SNORING IS WELCOMED!
FILLS VS FULL SETS- Fills are required every 2-3 weeks. You must maintain a min of 40 lashes per eye of your extensions to be considered for a fill service. If you do not have 40 lashes per eye eyelash extensions remaining, YOU MUST SCHEDULE A FULL SET. Any fill services scheduled over the 3.5 week mark from your previous appointment must schedule a full set. NO EXCEPTIONS.
